These products can be spun in any number of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, per customer specification. The most common types of metals we work with are:

  • Steel
    • Variants include: cold-rolled, hot-rolled, coated, and perforated
    • Thickness: .030 to .125
  • Stainless Steel
    • Variants include: mostly T-304 and T-316, though in the past we've spun several in the 400 series as well as higher-nickel types including Inconel and Monel
    • Thickness: .035 through .074
  • Aluminum
    • All common alloys such as
      1100, 3003, 5052, and 6061
    • Thickness: .025 through .150
  • Brass
    • Alloys 230 and 260
    • Thickness: commonly from
      .035 through .050
  • Copper
    • Almost exclusively alloy 110, soft
